Verizon

Probably the best deal around right now is the brand new Samsung Galaxy Nexus for $149 at Amazon Wireless – a price that beats the Verizon price by $150.

Amazon also has the HTC Thunderbolt, Samsung DROID Charge, Samsung Stratosphere, LG Revolution and Pantech Breakout all for one penny. Details here.

Several other Verizon 4G phones are also on sale right now – including their two latest phones the Motorola DROID RAZR and the HTC Rezound. Both these have rave user reviews – they really great phones. The other big hit for the carrier this year, the DROID Bionic, is currently listed at $119 UPDATE: The Bionic price is now $49.99.

AT&T

Amazon also have many AT&T 4G phones discounted in price. The best of these is undoubtedly the Samsung Skyrocket the fast 4G LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy S II.

Over at the official Sprint online store you can currently pick up the new iPhone 4S 16GB for $199 or the classic iPhone 4 for only $99.

Sprint is also the only major carrier with true unlimited monthly data for $79.99 per month.

T-Mobile
