Amazon is getting a name for itself as a major price cutter via its new Amazon Wireless store. Almost always, 4G phones are priced the lowest there – often right from launch day.
Now they’ve done it again with a whopping discount on the Samsung Epic 4G Touch, the Sprint version of the one of the best 4G phones to come out this year, the Galaxy S II.
Right now the online retailer has the Epic 4G priced at $99.99 for new Sprint customers or $149.99 if you’re looking at an upgrade to your existing phone.
Sprint has no more powerful and or better featured 4G device in its lineup at the moment. With a massive 4.52 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, fast 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor and a nice and meaty 1GB of RAM it’s a great phone even at the official Sprint price of $199.99, so picking it up for a $100 – $50 less just sweetens the deal all the more.
The Epic comes with the very latest Android 2.3.4 out of the box – meaning you’re getting access to many new Android features not available to phones with older versions of Android – an 8 megapixel main camera on the rear (which is the largest megapixel count available on any phone to date) and a generous 2 megapixel on the front for clearer, sharper video chats over Sprint’s 4G network.
If all this has you hungry for more, head over to Amazon for more info on the current price deal.
