Google Nexus 4G

Google looks set to release a major new phone – the Nexus 4G. While the name isn’t 100% confirmed – it’s possible the phone will be renamed depending on the carrier it appears on – the new Nexus looks like it will be a pretty interesting phone.

In addition to being a 4G phone, the Nexus will feature either a 1.2 or 1.5 GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. The display will likely be extra large size and interestingly the phone won’t have any physical buttons below it as all menus will be software-based.

Although the main camera will be a 5 megapixel on the rear it’s said to use an advanced sensor for excellent images in low light scenes. All this will be powered by Android 4.0.

Release date for the Nexus 4G is rumored to be around Thanksgiving, possibly for AT&T. The current line of Nexus phones includes the Nexus S 4G for Sprint.
