HTC Inspire 4G Update – Better Battery Life & Smoother Perfomance

One of the best 4G phones for AT&T just got a little bit better. An automatic over the air update is rolling out now for the HTC Inspire 4G, bringing Android on the Inspire up to version 2.3 / Gingerbread.

As well as a few bug fixes to for smoother operation, the update adds a Quick Settings to the Notification Window for quicker and easier adjustments, super smooth media playback and improved battery life.

The update also brings performance boosts, tweaks and new features to the HTC Sense UI, the Application Tray and the FriendStream social networking app.
