It’s Here: Samsung Galaxy S II for AT&T

Have you been hanging on for the Samsung Galaxy S II to hit AT&T? Then today is your lucky day – the Galaxy S II is now available for the carrier.

The AT&T version of the phone comes with a 4.3 inch screen, which is little bit smaller than the 4.52 inch display that you’ll find on the Sprint version (the Epic 4G Touch) and the upcoming T-Mobile Galaxy which is being launched on Oct 12th with pre-orders starting on the 10th.

The S2′s dual-core 1.2GHz Exynos processor has been getting some rave reviews lately mainly because of it’s incredible speed. It’s worth noting that the T-Mobile Galaxy won’t have this dual-core processor and will come kitted out with the 1.5GHz Snapdragon S3 instead.

In terms of pricing, AT&T is the better deal. The Galaxy S II can be yours today for $199.99 on a two-year contract. T-Mobile pricing will be $229.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate.

Even better is the Amazon price @ $149.99.
