Despite the modest specs, the Impulse 4G is one of the best cheap 4G phones – sporting a multi-touch 3.8 inch display, 5-megapixel camera on the rear (there no additional front-facing camera), HD video recording with direct upload to YouTube, Wi-Fi, GPS, all the standard features and goodness of other Android phones and the AT&T 4G HSPA+ network.
