Unlimited WiFi Calling From T-Mobile

If you’re a fan of T-Mobile’s WiFi calling you’ll know that the carrier likes to deduct from your monthly minutes allowance for your WiFi calls. The good news is that after May 11th T-Mobile will stop doing that. That means that phone users signed up to Even More, Even More Plus and 4G Do More plans can make phone calls via Wi-Fi without using any calling minutes from tomorrow.

But wait, there’s more.

There are a couple of upgrades coming next week. Caller Name will begin showing the name, number, city and state of callers who are unblocked and not on your contact list. To coincide with the new features, the service will be now be called Name ID.

There’s also an upgrade to Visual Voicemail coming. Renamed Voicemail to Text, the service will allow customers to have their voicemails sent as text messages. The text version of the voicemail also be available for viewing in the Visual Voicemail app.
